Our time working with chocolate has come to an end in Blue Class and we have absolutely loved every minute of it. From writing our very own chocolate poem to making Xocolatl (the Aztec equivalent to modern day hot chocolate), we really have been busy. Our highlight has to be entering the Dragons’ Den, where we demonstrated great collaboration and levels of confidence when presenting in front of an audience. We would like to thank Nancy, Lucy and Shannon for judging our presentations and providing valued feedback. This year’s chocolate bars included: The S’mores Bar, The Ghost Bar, The Astro Bar, The Christmas Miracle Bar, The Shooting Bar and The Squirrel Bar. We loved making our bars and sending them to ‘the taste test’. Congratulations to the winning team, The Squirrel Bar.
