Campbell came to Blue Class today to talk to us about what makes fruit and vegetables so important for a healthy diet. We learned loads of nutritional facts and information about the different fruits as well as some really interesting facts about where they come from too. We learned about how fruit varies in different countries and a bit about the journey our food goes on to get to our country. We even got to have our own fruit tasting feast at the end! It was a very delicious and enlightening visit. Thank you Tesco! :)
