VPS pupils loved their fitness day with Fitness Freddy. They enjoyed incorporating football, martial arts and boxing moves within their dances, to get their heart rates up and their muscles moving. Fitness Freddy explained the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as the importance of doing things that you love in order to keep your body and mind healthy.
