Parentline NI are running free sessions on anxiety for parents, these sessions focus on the current anxieties parents will/are facing when their children return to school. Sessions must be booked in advance by calling their helpline - see the flyer attached.
There is also an information sheet attached for parents to help their child deal with their anxieties.
