The children in Red class enjoyed reading 'How to catch a star' as part of our 'Day and Night' topic. They thought of their own ingenious ideas of how to catch a star! They then created some lovely pictures using watercolours and salt. They were very excited to see the effect of sprinkling salt on the paint and loved watching the colours spread across the page. They also created some fabulous night sky pictures, using paint, glitter and sequins. Our classroom looks fantastic with all this lovely artwork on display!
